For agency owners and leaders
Work is changing at the speed of AI. Lineup helps you make the right calls fast, and put AI to work on them today.
Lineup looks at the agency you run today and gives you a clear call on every seat and every service, an AI employee you can install today, and the words to bring your team along. About 25 minutes, and a plan you can start today.
Five quick questions, no account needed, and you see what they already show. Or start the full Lineup and see your direction free.
Sound familiar?
A client asked to trim the retainer because their in-house person “uses AI now.” You said you’d get back to them. (You haven’t yet.)
You have an open position you haven’t refilled, because you honestly don’t know if the role will exist next year, or if a tech stack will cover it.
Your team has gone quiet about AI. In my experience, that means they’re worried, and they’re already using it in their own way without telling you.
You’re not behind. You’re making five big decisions at once (what to sell, who to serve, how to price, who sits where, and how to tell everyone) while the ground keeps moving. Lineup puts them in order, then tells you what you’re missing, how it affects your real people, and which AI employees to install now.
What you get
Decisions, made for your agency.
From a sample report for an invented agency. Your report is built from your answers.
Every seat gets a call
Less first-draft writing, more expert interviews and editing. The people in this seat already know your clients’ voices, so look at them first for the new work.
The words to say
“I want to talk about AI, and I want to start by saying nobody’s seat is disappearing this week. What is changing is how we work, and I want you building that with me.”
Listen for who goes quiet.
AI employees, with the job already written
Takes the recurring reporting your account team dreads, so they get Thursday afternoons back for clients. Try it in five minutes before you set anything up.
Plus a call on every service (protect, rework, or stop selling), where you can safely run lean and where cutting would break something, a 90-day plan in three stages, and a five-question Decision Filter to run every time AI shifts again (it will, probably next month).
The fair question
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
You could, and it would probably give you a polite, useless answer. The hard part of this season was never finding the right tech stack. It’s deciding what your agency is becoming and who fits where, then telling your team in a way that keeps their trust. That’s a people decision before it’s a technology one, and it’s the part a chatbot can’t see from the outside.
What you’d get from a chatbot
What you get from Lineup
A list of AI tools and a pep talk.
A call on every service you sell and every seat on your team, made from your answers.
Advice about technology.
The people decisions underneath it: who sits where, what changes in each seat, and how to protect trust while it happens.
Ideas to think about.
The actual words for the conversations you’ve been putting off, and a 90-day plan you can start today.
Who built it
Built by someone who knows your work, and your people.
I’ve spent 20 years in leadership, building teams and working with people, and seven of those years leading in marketing. So I know the work you sell, and I know what it feels like when the ground shifts under it.
I don’t run an agency, though (so I’m not your competitor). That’s exactly what lets me build support for the problems I understand from the inside, without a stake in how you compete. I see your team from the outside, which is the one view you can’t get from inside your own business.
I hold an M.S.Ed. in Educational Psychology (which mostly means I’ve spent a long time studying how people learn, change, and grow), and I build with AI every day, including this tool and Composed. Lineup sits right where those meet.

What $375 is up against
Waiting feels free. It isn’t.
One wrong hire
Replacing one person can cost half to twice their yearly salary, according to Gallup. Refilling a seat that’s about to change is the expensive version of guessing.
One lost retainer
The client who wants the same work in half the time, or who asks what you’re doing about AI and doesn’t like the silence.
One more quarter
Of a team guessing what you’re thinking, while your best people start updating their resumes.
How it works
Walk through your agency
Five short chapters about your agency, your clients, your services, your team’s seats, and you. About 25 minutes, mostly taps and sliders, and you can stop after any chapter and pick up later.
See your direction, free
Your report is written on the spot, about your agency specifically. You see the direction before you pay anything.
Unlock it and use it today
The full report, your AI employees, your 90 days, and the words for your first conversation. Run it again anytime this year as things change, and see what moved.
One price
$375 for a year of Lineup.
Free tools give you a score. Consultants charge a thousand dollars or more for one snapshot. Lineup gives you your own agency’s numbers, and lets you rerun them all year, for $375 (about $31 a month).
Renews yearly, and we’ll email you before it does. Turn renewal off anytime. If your report doesn’t give you a clearer next step, I’ll refund you (just ask within 60 days).
The first 25 accounts keep $375 for as long as they stay, even when the price goes up.

Good questions
+Will this tell me to let someone go?
You might be worried about that. It won’t. Lineup looks at seats, not people, and it says plainly when a decision needs HR or an employment attorney.
+Do I have to name anyone on my team?
No, and Lineup won’t let it go there. You list roles, not people. Looking at the seats first is how you make fair decisions about the people in them.
+Will my team see this?
Only if you share it. It’s built for you to read first, and the conversation guides help you bring your team in well.
+Is this just ChatGPT with a nice coat of paint?
It runs on AI, the same way a good accountant runs on spreadsheets. What makes it useful is what it’s built on: 20 years of team dynamics, a clear point of view about what agencies should protect and what they should let go, and firm lines it won’t cross (like recommending that someone specific get let go).
+What happens to my answers?
They’re saved to your account so you can come back, rerun, and see what changed. Your answers are never sold, and we don’t train AI on them. Delete your account anytime, and everything goes with it.
+What if my agency is really small, or not really an agency?
Lineup works best for agencies of 5 to 50 people. You’re welcome to try it, and you’ll see the direction free before you decide.
+What if I want help carrying out the plan?
That’s what Happy Teams does. Lineup is a strong start on its own, and if you want a partner in the room for the hard parts, let’s talk.
Your team is ready to hear the plan. Let’s make sure you have one.
